Kristine has been with JP & Associates, REALTORS since 2015 in residential and investment real estate. Going that extra 1% is what sets Kristine apart with her clients.

 Communication, listening, and delivering results is why Kristine gets referred again and again. Recently, Kristine has obtained a designation, RCS-D, which is a specialization in divorce real estate called Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce. Kristine has built a knowledgeable team of resources to assist with her real estate including title, attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and insurance companies. Kristine also has her Home Evaluation Specialist, HES, designation. She has been trained by specialists in their field to walk a property and be able to identify key areas of a home for potential problems in roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC areas (*not an inspection/inspector). And, when it comes to negotiations, Kristine has earned her CREN designation to help her clients get what they want.

No stone is left unturned so that every homeowner is knowledgeable of their home and their real estate transaction. Kristine's specialties are not only traditional real estate of buying and selling but also with assisting investors with multi-property, landlord/leasing properties, distressed home sales, foreclosure, and owner financing deals.

When not working, Kristine enjoys going for walks, hiking, horseback riding, hanging out at the lake, or just enjoying some downtime with a good book or movie. Some of her favorite places to go are Broken Bow cabins, Fredricksburg, and San Antonio. Kristine was also lucky enough to live in Naples, Italy for two years. She took full advantage of her time while there and learned to cook Italian meals, travel throughout Italy and many other countries in Europe.
